We are looking to add more talented individuals to our team! We are searching for a full-time Fertilization Technician. Our Fertilization Technicians provide timely lawn applications to residential and commercial properties in the East Lansing, MI area.
Our office is in Lansing, MI. All applicants for our Fertilization Technician position MUST live in the greater Lansing area.
Fertilization Technician Responsibilities:
- Provide timely lawn care applications to commercial and residential properties in the Lansing area
- Diagnose pests and diseases and offer solutions
- Mix chemicals according to recommendations for application
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Resolve technical issues
- Complete production reports
- Complete customer invoice forms
- Complete daily vehicle inspection reports
- Complete inventory reports
- Assist with additional lawn care projects
Fertilization Technician Position Requirements:
- Must be licensed by the state of Michigan for pesticide applications
- Must have a valid Chauffeur license with a clean record
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis throughout the day
- Flexibility to work weekends in case of weather issues during regular work hours
- Must be comfortable working outside and in warm weather
- Must have a desire to work winter snow removal events
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our office to Lansing, MI every work day
Pay:
- Up to $22/hour, negotiable depending on previous experience and licensing
